**Are you ready to join our team?**
A fantastic opportunity to join team BlueCross -Ivanhoe, managing of 72 beds in the state of the art surrounding. Our dynamic team and staff are looking for a new leader to see the team into the future.
**What we are looking for**: We are seeking a leader with great strengths in communication, consumer engagement expertise, strong business acumen, strategic management, demonstrated excellence in clinical governance and team development. You will have good experience as a leader who can build strong performing teams along with a solid understanding of what a leader is in Aged Care is all about.
**Along with 5 weeks of annual leave, we offer**:
- Monthly Personal Day off as compensation for being on-call for 1 day every 6-8 weeks
