Kitchen Operations Manager

As a leading player in the fast food industry, we are seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food presentation, cleanliness and product integrity.
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean, safe and healthy working environment
- Ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality and presentation
- Assist with stock control and ordering to ensure effective inventory management
- Effective communication with colleagues to achieve smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain professionalism at all times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible rotating roster including nights/weekends
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development programs
