Kitchen Operations Specialist

This role involves overseeing the operational efficiency of the kitchen, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal productivity.
Responsibilities include maintaining a high standard of food presentation, cleanliness, and product integrity, as well as maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
Key responsibilities also include stock control and ordering, effective communication with front-of-house management and staff, and assisting the Kitchen Manager with budgeting and cost management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing kitchen staff to ensure quality of product and service, and overseeing the opening and closing of the restaurant.
Requirements:
- Leadership experience within a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Exceptional food preparation and productivity skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Some experience in budget management and cost control
- Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
