Seasonal Concierge Role Overview

This is a casual seasonal opportunity to join our customer service team and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences across our destinations.

As a key member of the concierge team, you will play a vital role in welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and providing helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience.

This seasonal position offers a great chance to be part of the festive season, working closely with colleagues and contributing to the success of our retail destinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk and assist with their inquiries and needs
  • Provide directions, information, and solutions to enhance the customer journey
  • Promote and sell gift cards and other services to support business growth
Requirements:
  • Be prepared to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Feel confident in your ability to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)
