Customer Experience Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in onboarding customers, providing technical support, and utilizing your skills to grow the business.

The role involves working closely with our development team and assisting with software development if you have programming skills. You will be responsible for processing quotes, orders, and invoices through MYOB, working with resellers, and providing technical support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing Quotes, Orders, and Invoices through MYOB.
  • Work with Resellers and Onboard Experiences with them.
  • Provide technical support over the phone.

Requirements:

  • Confident and clear communication style.
  • Patient, calm, and an active listener.
  • Ability to adapt to each customer's needs, resolve questions, and multitask.
  • Customer-focused and willing to go above and beyond for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Sense of humor and open to instruction, discussion, and feedback.
  • Computer savvy and tech savvy, with technical skills and the ability to learn about a technical product.
  • Optional developer skills - React or Python skills are a bonus, but not required.

  • Non-smoking workplace.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
