Exceptional Customer Service Representative

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in customer-facing environments and have a strong passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience at every interaction.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, feedback & suggestions via phone, online chat-box, website message box, emails, and social media with professionalism and efficiency.
- Creating tickets and handling assigned tickets until case closure, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure effective solutions.
- Establishing good relationships with customers through high-quality service, providing reasonable solutions, and improving service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Paying attention to customer needs and escalating concerns to relevant departments for follow-up, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking on all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the call center environment or in a customer-facing position within automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality industries.
- A 'customer-first' attitude, being proactive, and having a positive problem-solving approach.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and adaptability.
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Possessing professional ethics and organizational discipline.
- Familiarity with dealerships or the automotive industry would be advantageous.
