About the Role

This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls related to potential scams or fraud activity. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, building trust with customers by providing sound decisions and maintaining an up-to-date focus on financial crime and security trends.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to potential scam or fraud activity
  • Create confidence in our customers by delivering exceptional service when handling incoming fraud/scam call enquiries
  • Work in a high-energy environment with a passion to inspire confidence in customers, specifically when faced with a fraud or scam situation
  • Perform analysis over Scam/Fraud related events and ensure sound decisions are made while following standard operating procedures
  • Identify digital fraud trends and report on these accordingly
  • Handle a large volume of customer calls and scam alerts

Maintaining strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, as well as high levels of personal integrity and commitment to confidentiality and privacy principles, is crucial for this role. Additionally, experience in delivering excellence in customer service, including personal, written, and verbal skills, is highly valued.
