Job Opportunity

The HR Advisor plays a critical role in workforce management across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and standards.

We are seeking an individual to support key stakeholders in employee management and performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technological aptitude and be able to familiarise themselves with new systems quickly.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and support for key stakeholders regarding employee management or performance
  • Monitor workforce utilisation and associated overtime and agency usage, supporting stakeholders with workforce optimisation
  • Oversee the ongoing auditing and health checks for all HR related processes and systems with a view to continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the broader P&C team to ensure employees receive an engaging, positive and informative experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant qualifications within human resources is highly desirable
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a manner that keeps all involved parties satisfied
  • Confidence to show initiative, make decisions and take the lead on new processes
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel
