Workforce Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled workforce specialist to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality HR services.

About the Role:

In this role, you will provide expert advice on workforce issues including industrial relations, recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.

  1. Support Staff and Management: Collaborate with staff and management to deliver effective HR solutions and improve organisational outcomes.
  2. Expert Advice: Provide high-level HR advice across a broad portfolio, drawing from your experience in complex environments.
  3. Policies and Procedures: Contribute to the review, development, and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and training programs.

You will also be responsible for managing complex cases, partnering with leaders to influence workforce management, and promoting fairness, equity, and continuous improvement in the workplace.
