The Role

    • Drive end-to-end delivery of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met. Manage cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of product launches and enhancements.
    • Owning the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
    • Gather, document, and prioritise product requirements from stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable development tasks.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the product delivery process and suggest solutions to optimise efficiency, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure the entire team is aligned on goals and deliverables.
    • Anticipate potential delivery challenges and proactively manage risks, adjusting plans as necessary to stay on track.
    • Utilise data to guide decisions, ensuring that key metrics drive the product's evolution and prioritisation.

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in product management, project management, or a hybrid role, preferably within a tech-driven environment.
    • Proven experience in delivering software products or features from conception through to launch.
    • Solid understanding of agile development processes and methodologies.
    • Experience working cross-functionally with teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
    • Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence).
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly in startups or scaling businesses.
    • A passion for continuous learning and development, both personally and for the teams you work with.
