Customer Experience Manager

Our team is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead our store in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping memorable moments for our customers.

\

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving sales growth through customer engagement.

You will be responsible for managing inventory, creating a welcoming store environment, and providing friendly service to our customers.

\

We are looking for someone with experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environments who can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks such as payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management.

\

The ideal candidate will have a RSA certification and be willing to obtain additional training and certifications as required.

\
