Role Overview: This is a pivotal role within our retail team, responsible for driving customer satisfaction and leading by example in delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in workforce planning and rostering to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze reports to identify opportunities that will elevate the customer experience.
