We're seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our Brisbane Metro region. As a Cluster Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an unforgettable customer experience in store.
This role is perfect for someone with previous retail experience and leadership skills. You'll work closely with the team to deliver a perfect customer experience 100% of the time.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and service activities, providing leadership and training to the team, and inspiring motivation to drive results.
- You'll need excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- Strong communication skills are essential to define clear goals and objectives and ensure seamless collaboration within the team.
- Australian drivers' license and own car are required for this role.
