Investment Team

The investment team is responsible for setting the investment strategy and portfolio positioning for our clients. This includes managing market-leading investment options.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Engagement: Aligning the investment team with distribution channels, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to develop a client service model and integrating customer feedback into product improvement and development.
  • Team Engagement: Developing collateral to ensure complex investment strategies can be clearly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting thorough research to understand industry trends in multi-asset investing. Identifying areas for improvement in the current product suite or emerging opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including investors, research houses, external partners and industry professionals. Effectively communicating investment strategies, performance updates and other relevant information to stakeholders both internal and external.
Capability and Experience

Experience in investment products and/or sales preferably with knowledge of multi-asset portfolios and an understanding of asset allocation, manager selection and portfolio construction techniques is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are also necessary.

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including APRA, ASIC and AFSL and a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or a related field are desirable.
