Role Summary:

We are seeking a talented ESG Investment Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading ESG analytics and providing insights to inform investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain ESG frameworks and models to support investment decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into portfolio construction and manager selection.
  • Conduct regular ESG research and analysis to identify key trends and issues.
  • Prepare and present ESG reports and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to ESG investing.
  • Support the development of sustainability criteria for investment products.
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications (CFA, CAIA or equivalent) are highly desirable.
  • Degree in relevant discipline such as finance, economics or environmental science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, consulting or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead across different projects.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
