Key Leadership Position

The NSW Sales Director leads the Professional business in New South Wales, driving growth and success through team management, account retention, and new business development.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies; report progress to the Regional Director
  • Drive sales growth and meet/exceed quarterly and annual targets (Sales, SGP, DOP, EBITDA)
  • Implement price increases on time; maximize margins and profitability
  • Identify and win new accounts within pricing/margin guidelines
  • Recruit, train, and manage Account Managers and Technical Service Representatives
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching to ensure team success
  • Lead and motivate the Sales & Service team; remove roadblocks and address performance issues
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery to all accounts and maintain product/equipment standards
  • Promote CRM usage and ensure accurate customer data and productive time management
  • Uphold Health, Safety & Environmental standards through safe behavior and risk mitigation
  • Collaborate with Sector Managers and Business Development Managers to execute sector-specific strategies
Requirements for Success
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L
  • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership, building high-performing teams
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills; able to sell complete solutions
  • Business-savvy, goal-driven, and committed to growth
  • Skilled in identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Willingness to travel interstate as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and a true team player
  • Disciplined in goal setting and achievement
