About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced State Manager to lead the operations and performance of Transition to Work (TtW) Employment Services contract across NSW. A strong understanding of Employment Services contracts and interpretation is essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful leadership and financial sustainability in a values-driven organisation, with experience managing managers and frontline teams.

Key responsibilities include developing and driving processes to improve performance, identifying and rectifying performance-related problems, and leveraging analytics and Employment Services reporting structures.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Employment Services contracts and interpretation
  • Strategic and operational experience within Employment Services, leading managers and frontline teams
  • Proven success in leadership and financial sustainability in a values-driven organisation
  • Ability to develop and drive processes to improve performance and identify rectify any performance-related problems
  • Knowledge of analytics and Employment Services reporting structures
  • Current Driver's Licence and ability to travel interstate
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check
