As a leader in the retail industry, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to launch our new store in Caloundra. This is a unique opportunity for you to make your mark from day one and drive the success of this exciting venture.

You will play a key role in building and leading a team, overseeing daily operations, and fostering a culture of growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include enforcing workplace safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

  • Enforce workplace safety protocols and ensure compliance with OH&S regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and incident reporting.
  • Ensure the store operates within legal frameworks.
  • Develop and manage store budgets, focusing on sales growth.
  • Monitor financial performance and control expenses.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve store targets.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
  • Plan and manage staffing schedules, recruitment, training, and retention.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Oversee stock control, inventory management, and merchandising.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You should have excellent communication, time management, and organisational abilities. A Diploma or higher qualification and minimum 1 year of experience in a store management role are preferred.
