Job Title: ER Advisor

We are seeking a skilled HR/IR/ER professional to join our team as an ER Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting HR/IR/ER correspondence and documentation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, supporting enterprise bargaining and litigation, and administering HR/IR/ER ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/IR/ER or relevant industry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated high level of analytical ability
  • Ability to maintain and build strong internal and external relationships
  • Ability to multitask, self-manage and provide an exceptional customer experience
