Unlock Your Culinary Potential

Pinnacle People - Casual is seeking skilled and experienced chefs to join our team of culinary professionals. As a casual chef, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of exciting venues across Adelaide, including major events, healthcare facilities, and high-end functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes to meet the needs of our clients
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure high-quality food presentation
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve culinary goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Aged Care chefs: previous experience with Health and Aged Care cookery is a MUST
  • Catering experience requiring knowledge of dietary requirements
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
  • HACCP standards and certification, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
  • Genuine care for the people you are cooking for
  • Police Check or willing to obtain one
  • Must have up-to-date Covid Vaccinations
  • Aged Care Chefs: Mandatory prerequisite to have a recent Flu Vaccination and able to provide evidence of this (Or willing to obtain immediately)
