The primary objective of this role is to provide a customer-facing service-orientated help desk for internal stakeholders, ensuring that processes are followed to provide excellent customer service.
This role significantly contributes by:
- Ensuring that the service meets and exceeds expectations in performance
- Developing and maintaining relationships across internal and external stakeholders
- Working closely with the IT Service Delivery Team to develop and deliver continuous improvement to customer service support
You will work autonomously, efficiently prioritizing and managing tasks, bringing previous experience in a large customer service environment and strong knowledge of Level 1 and 2 in IT support.
Familiarity with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and terminology, and Microsoft Office 365 is highly desirable.
