Job Title: IT Service Delivery Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support and technical expertise. As a technical expert in end-user computing, you will drive change to technical solutions and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Help Desk queue and resolve IT tickets efficiently.
  • Assist employees with technical IT issues related to Laptops, Phones, etc.
  • Deploy new laptops and assist new starters effectively.
  • Identify and implement improvements to end-user systems.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT team members and third-party suppliers.
  • Ensure all Video conferencing and meeting rooms are functioning optimally.
  • Support other operational activities as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
  • Ability to troubleshoot end-user IT issues on MacOS and Windows.
  • IT experience as an IT technician is advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of MS Office, o365, Domains, AD, Anti-Malware, Intune, phones, printers, and other end-user technologies.
  • Knowledge of Linux, Jira, Confluence, AWS, Firewalls, OpenVPN, DHCP, Proxies, and Network technologies is an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
  • A friendly and proactive attitude, team player ability to work under pressure, and handle multiple concurrent tasks with attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • A keen sense of curiosity and passion for learning about current IT hardware and software trends.
