Payroll Specialist Position

The role of a Payroll Specialist involves overseeing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate multi-country payroll services for clients across various jurisdictions.
  • Support implementation of global payroll platforms and ensure seamless data integration.
  • Validate payroll data to guarantee completeness and precision.
  • Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll services in line with local and international standards.
  • Provide guidance on payroll-specific issues and offer solutions to clients.
  • Identify areas for improvement in internal and client-facing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project milestones, budgets, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to prioritize tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
