Payroll Specialist Job

This part-time role requires expertise in international payroll. You will work with a global engineering company operating in the energy sector.

The Associate Payroll Specialist will be based in Perth, working on an ongoing contract basis. Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end payroll activities, including processing payroll, employee and statutory payments, payroll-related accounting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Administering payroll-related activities, such as timely and accurate vendor invoice processing.
  • Adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Promoting a positive team environment.
  • Preparing monthly general ledger reconciliations.
  • Analyzing payroll accounts.
  • Updating time data and pay period adjustments in the payroll system.
  • Coordinating salary verification and payroll calculations/payments.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
