Key Role

This is a high-impact position within an aviation hub, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of cleaning and other soft services. As Facilities Coordinator, you will ensure that high standards of cleanliness, compliance, and customer service are consistently achieved in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder engagement ability, and a background in managing soft services contracts. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors to deliver results-oriented solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee delivery of soft services including cleaning, pest control, gardens, grounds and waste management
  • Manage consumables and chemical ordering, usage reconciliation, and supplier coordination
  • Conduct and report on routine cleaning inspections, raising action items and ensuring follow-up
  • Facilitate meetings and prepare agendas/minutes
  • Prioritise and deliver month-end reporting requirements
  • Liaise with client representatives, internal teams, and vendors to ensure expectations are exceeded
  • Utilise work order management systems effectively to track, allocate, and report tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in cleaning or soft services contract management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confidence working with high-profile clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
  • Background in facilities management within aviation, government, or large-scale commercial sites
  • Experience managing third-party vendor relationships
