Job Description

As a Leasing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients and their corporate strategy.

  • Management of strategic and administrative duties across the portfolio, including initiative & budget development, rent-roll variance reporting and approvals, KPI adherence and periodic performance reporting.
  • Delivering optimum commercial outcomes for leasing negotiations and meeting annual financial and qualitative targets.
  • Other property related tasks as directed by Senior Management.

The ideal candidate will possess a tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Property or Business, with 1 to 2 years experience in a client facing tenant representation and/or leasing role. Experience with telecommunication industry and/or high volume real estate portfolio is highly desirable.
