Store Manager Job Description

The role of Store Manager is a critical position in the retail industry, responsible for leading and inspiring a team to achieve optimal results. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of your store, ensuring efficient operation and achieving sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient operation of the store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement.
  • Motivate and lead a team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets.
  • Closely monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.
  • Effectively manage wage costs and adhere to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development.
