Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our service station and convenience store.

The role involves managing staff, controlling inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize retail operations, improve sales, and enhance customer experience.
• Manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure productivity and quality service.
• Maintain accurate stock levels by ordering goods, conducting stocktakes, and implementing inventory control measures to minimize losses.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies through regular audits and training sessions.
• Collaborate with senior management to meet strategic objectives and implement company initiatives that drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fuel or convenience store environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
• Sound financial and inventory management skills, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop effective marketing strategies to boost revenue.
