Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inventory, stock, and operational metrics across multiple sites, ensuring optimal performance
  • Train, develop, and support a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture
  • Manage key metrics including labour, COGs, and overall venue performance, driving business growth
Requirements
  • Leadership experience in retail or hospitality, with a proven track record of success
  • Proven ability to manage labour, COGs, stock, and KPIs, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Strong people skills, with a passion for building and maintaining a motivated team
  • Organised, driven, and results-focused, with a hunger to grow and succeed
