Senior Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring an inviting and beautiful store environment.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver top-tier customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximise sales and showcase the brand.
  • Buid and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering product expertise and support.
  • Ensure store presentation meets company standards, with a focus on visual merchandising.
  • Analyse sales data, report on performance, and identify areas for growth.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Promotions teams to support store events and promotions.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail or operations management, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills to inspire and support team members.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional approach.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Visual merchandising experience will be highly preferred.

Our ideal candidate is an experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager who can oversee daily retail operations, lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets, and deliver top-tier customer experiences. The successful candidate will possess proven experience in retail or operations management, with a track record of achieving sales targets. They will also have strong leadership and people-management skills, outstanding customer service skills, and a friendly, professional approach.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing and Promotions teams to support store events and promotions, analyse sales data, report on performance, and identify areas for growth. You will also ensure that store presentation meets company standards, with a focus on visual merchandising.
