We're seeking a highly skilled SMB Account Manager to join our Sales team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer revenue base by leveraging your understanding of Procore's products and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing SMB accounts, highlighting the value of Procore's product suite and deepening customer attachment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Inside Sales Reps, and Solution Specialists, to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, and increase spend on existing products.
- Research accounts, identify key champions, and generate interest to obtain business requirements.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested.
- Stay up-to-date on key competitors to effectively communicate Procore's value proposition to customers.
- Manage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Coordinate internal resources to solve client issues and execute service agreements.
- Periodic travel to client onsite visits may be required.
- BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2B.
- Experience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desired.
- Proven record of success in an inside sales-based selling model.
- Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to develop trusted relationships.
- Post-sale revenue expansion experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration tools.
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
