Parks Victoria are looking for a Regional Recovery Specialist to provide high level support for the delivery of the North region recovery program after flood events.
- Be part of the recovery of parks and the environment after flood events
- Work in a supportive and collaborative team based in Northern Victoria

About the Job

">

As the Regional Recovery Specialist, you will provide support and assist in the delivery of flood recovery projects within the Northern region. You will be required to perform a variety of tasks and work including delivery planning and co-ordination, financial management and limited resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

">

- Provide technical advice and support on project management and procurement practices

">

- Perform analysis and problem solving with high level judgement and decision making

">

- Assist in the delivery of flood recovery projects in accordance with the agreed plans and budget

">

Requirements

">

- Tertiary qualification in Science, Business and/or equivalent experience in a similar field is desirable

">

- Ability to undertake regular travel to rural and remote areas of Victoria (including areas where no public transport options exist)
