Relationship Manager Opportunity

Our goal is to create a supportive environment that empowers participants and support workers to consistently deliver the highest standard of care.

This role will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders have a clear point of contact and that relationships between participants, their teams, and external partners are maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a passion for delivering person-centered care.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain relationships between participants and support workers.
  • Assess participant needs and develop tailored support programs.
  • Maintain open communication channels with support coordinators, house supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead support worker teams to deliver responsive, person-centered care.
  • Monitor client progress and prepare reports for NDIS plan reviews.
  • Coordinate staff rosters and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Accurately record case notes and conduct regular client reviews.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working in the disability sector, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Excellent administrative and business communication skills, including report writing.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A client-centered approach with the ability to advocate for participants and understand complex disability and trauma.
  • Own car and driver's license.
  • High levels of resilience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the NDIS and working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and employee rostering systems.
