The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Media Sales and Partnerships Manager to join our Commercial Team. This role is critical to our growth and client acquisition strategy, operating within a dynamic and multifaceted industry.
The successful candidate will occupy a pivotal role in identifying and securing new clients for ArchiPro. As a visionary strategist, you will devise and implement innovative client acquisition strategies that not only draw in new business but also integrate seamlessly with our broader market objectives.
In this high-impact position, you will serve as a critical link between potential market opportunities and actual client engagement. Collaborating closely with marketing, advertising and client service teams, you will leverage insights into market trends and client feedback to refine outreach efforts and enhance the client onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Innovative Strategies: Design and implement tailored strategies to attract and onboard new suppliers, including brands and retailers, aligned with their specific business models and market segments.
- Negotiate and Close Deals: Lead the negotiation and closure of deals with new suppliers, ensuring a seamless integration into the ArchiPro platform.
- Establish Strong Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with new suppliers, serving as a reliable advisor and ensuring they are well-supported in their transition and continued partnership with ArchiPro.
- Research and Identify Suitable Suppliers: Research and identify suitable companies and suppliers that align with ArchiPro's values and vision. Focus on expanding our network with high-quality partners in key categories.
- Develop and Execute Strategic Outreach Plan: Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to engage potential suppliers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and pitches to showcase the benefits of joining the ArchiPro platform.
- Position ArchiPro as the Go-To Platform: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential suppliers, understanding their unique needs and challenges. Position ArchiPro as the go-to platform for reaching a highly targeted and engaged audience.
- Proven Experience in Advertising and Media: Over 10 years of experience in advertising and media sales, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of media sales and advertising solutions that drive business growth and brand engagement.
- Proven Experience in Business Development: Minimum of 10 years in business development or a related field, with a strong track record of securing and onboarding new business partners.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning Skills: Ability to develop and execute innovative strategies to attract and integrate new suppliers into a dynamic marketplace.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the retail and brand marketing industries, including current trends and challenges, to better align strategies with potential suppliers' realities.
- Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, ensuring both the company's and suppliers' needs are met profitably.
