Digital Marketing Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms, with strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Implementation & Execution:
    • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads, and more.
    • Ensure best practices in account structure, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Full Funnel Digital Marketing:
    • Develop and execute strategies across owned, paid, and earned channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Testing & Experimentation:
    • Design and execute A/B tests and structured experiments to improve performance across the funnel.
    • Collaborate with design and content teams to iterate on creatives and user journeys.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
    • Monitor daily performance metrics, flag anomalies, and apply optimizations based on trends.
    • Track spend pacing and adjust budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Provide regular campaign and creative performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Analyze ad creatives and digital content to identify winning combinations by channel, format, audience, and messaging.
  • Ad Hoc Projects & Strategic Support:
    • Support the broader marketing team on ad hoc projects and business initiatives.
    • Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and quarterly reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience across the full digital marketing funnel: owned (website, email, content), paid (ads), and earned (social, PR, influencer).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, with ability to analyze and organize campaign data.
  • Experience with budget management, performance pacing, and ROI optimization.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and growth experimentation.
  • Collaborative and effective at working cross-functionally with creative, content, and strategy teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
