The Group Digital Lead plays a pivotal role in driving digital revenue growth within our Client Partnerships team.
About the RoleThis position requires expertise in strategic application of digital products, delivering sophisticated, insight-driven strategies across our assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the digital subject matter expert, guiding best practices within the Client Partnerships team.
- Drive digital revenue growth through strategic planning and proactive client engagement.
- Develop tailored digital strategies that align with client objectives and enhance satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyse digital sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital thinking into client relationships.
- Provide feedback to product teams to refine offerings and support product development.
- Proven experience in digital sales or sales engineering roles is essential. Candidates should have a track record of success in selling digital products, solutions, or services, preferably within the technology or digital marketing industries.
- A solid technical background in digital technologies, platforms, and tools is necessary. Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital products and their applications, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Candidates should demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, drive results, and foster a culture of collaboration and success.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, account management, or customer success, is important. Candidates should have a customer-centric mindset and a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans and initiatives is valuable. Candidates should have the ability to identify market opportunities, analyse competitor strategies, and develop actionable sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Experience in the digital or technology industry is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies, as well as the ability to stay informed about industry developments and best practices.
