Agile Project Manager Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Scrum Teams and guide them on Agile best practices
  • Assess and improve Scrum maturity within teams and organizations
  • Remove impediments or facilitate their removal
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles
  • Experience leading Scrum Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
