Agile Project Manager Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Agile Project Manager to lead end-to-end workstream portfolio management and drive the delivery of capabilities aligned with strategic roadmaps and business objectives.


Key Accountabilities:
  • Translate high-level business outcomes into clear, actionable transformation objectives, aligning with broader organisational goals.
  • Collaborate effectively with senior and executive stakeholders across the organisation to establish cross-functional process clarity, enable operational improvements, and ensure seamless interlocks across business units.
  • Deliver program and project outcomes in line with Field's balanced scorecard, ensuring measurable success.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
  • Certified Project Manager (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK) with a working knowledge of Agile methodologies and traditional project methodologies.
  • Strong grasp of project and product lifecycles, with proven success in delivering large-scale business and process improvement initiatives.
