About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at James Frizelle`s Automotive Group as an Administrative Support Specialist in our Warwick Farm office.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our accounts team, assisting with daily tasks, data entry, and document management. This role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily banking, EFTPOS allocations, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and following up discrepancies.
  • Process and manage documents, including mail collection and distribution, scanning, and electronic and physical filing.
  • Order stationery and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Perform various data entry tasks, including recording information to the general ledger and processing inter-company transactions.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other team members as required.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role.

About the Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
