This Corporate Front of House Coordinator position is an 18-month contract opportunity to join a dynamic team. The primary purpose of this role is to operate and oversee reception, ensuring that facilities are well presented and maintained to project a professional image.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar corporate environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. They will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, receiving and responding to reception calls and emails, and maintaining the upkeep of the front of house and wider office area.
This is a cross-functional position, performing a number of important administrative and office coordination tasks. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and directing visitors in a professional manner.
- Receiving and responding to reception calls and emails.
- Maintaining the upkeep of the front of house and wider office area.
- Coordinating office events, including booking meeting rooms, ordering catering, and tracking attendance numbers.
- Assisting with office administration, including processing invoices and completing maintenance checklists.
- At least 12 months' experience in a similar corporate role.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service ethic.
- Action oriented and able to multitask.
