**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We have an exciting opportunity of Office Coordinator to join our head office team of 25 in North Sydney. In this role, you will be required to support the overall day to day management of the Cranbrook Care Office to provide a well-equipped, safe

and harmonious working environment. You will be responsible for:

- Initiating and ordering supplies and equipment for the office, including stationary and kitchen items
- providing varied administrative support to the team at our West Street Head Office
- support the team with the set-up of meeting rooms, taking minutes and organising catering requests
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members
- Ensure all staff facilitates are checked regularly and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be a team player and able to work autonomously to create a positive office environment. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, qualifications and personal attributes:
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Completion of Higher School Certificate or a diploma in a relevant area with relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education / training in a commercial environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of administrative functions and office practices
- Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative and discretion.
- Proven skills in organising and maintaining relevant documentation for meetings.
- Demonstrated experience minuting meetings and distributing action items.
- Demonstrated ability to manage varied and conflicting demands to agreed standards and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and courtesy.

- Good communication skills - written and verbal
