Senior Employee Relations Specialist

Job Role
">- Provide expert guidance to senior managers on performance, conduct, and employee development.
- Offer strategic advice within the People & Culture sphere to meet operational business needs.
- Coach and support HR professionals on People & Culture matters, including case management.
- Lead complex ER cases, investigations, disciplinary processes, and terminations.
- Manage conciliations and conferences (e.g., unfair dismissals, general protections, workplace bullying).
- Collaborate with operational leaders to identify trends and develop long-term solutions.
- Represent the organization in interactions with employment tribunals and external bodies.
- Lead People & Culture projects such as policy reviews and leadership training.
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to the ER framework.
- Assist in developing a structured performance management system to drive high-performance teams.
About You
">- Bachelor's degree in HR, Employment Relations, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in HR / ER roles within large, fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and commercial acumen.
- Proven success in handling workplace investigations, grievances, and terminations.
- Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- High resilience and discretion in managing sensitive matters.
- Ability to balance empathy with accountability in decision-making.
