**Job Title:** Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse range of residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.
  • Conducting regular property inspections, addressing tenant concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract quality tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Liaising with landlords, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure properties are well-maintained and tenant needs are met.
  • Preparing routine financial statements, end-of-lease documentation, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience in property management.
  • A valid registration or license with the QLD Office of Fair Trading.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant property management software is highly desirable.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Hold a current QLD Drivers Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A motivated and well-presented individual who is ready to start immediately.
