Property Portfolio Manager

This is a unique opportunity to oversee the daily management of a large portfolio of residential properties. The Property Portfolio Manager will be responsible for ensuring the portfolio is maintained to the highest standards.

As the key member of our property team, you will operate within a pod-based system where each team member focuses on specific tasks while collaborating closely to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.

The Property Portfolio Manager's responsibilities will include:

  • ">
  • Management of a residential portfolio of approx 130 properties">
  • Oversee repairs & maintenance management - working closely with tenants and trades">
  • Conduct inspections">
  • Managing bond processes">
  • Property photos, landlord insurance, property compliance and advertising">
  • Attending tribunal hearings as required">

The ideal candidate will have:

  • ">
  • Proven experience as a Property Manager">
  • Current QLD Real Estate License">
  • Australian Driver's Licence and own vehicle">
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities">
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills">
  • In-depth knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations">
