Residential Portfolio Manager Position

This role involves overseeing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring timely rent payments and handling all necessary paperwork.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the property management team, coordinating with tenants, and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent time management, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. A minimum 1 year of experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager is required, along with a current Certificate of Registration and a reliable motor vehicle.

We are looking for an honest, energetic, and a team player who can build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain a small portfolio of residential properties
  • Perform regular property inspections and address any maintenance issues promptly
  • Ensure timely rent payments and handle all necessary paperwork

Requirements:
