Senior Grocery Retail Business Development Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop and execute key relationships with major retailers as a National Account Manager, working closely with experienced leaders.
The role involves building and executing short- and long-term strategic business plans, delivering results, managing promotional activity, and driving excellence across all retail channels.
- Act as the primary contact for day-to-day customer engagement, with support from other team members.
- Manage promotional planning, volume forecasting, spend projections, and performance reviews.
- Own the range review process – from stakeholder coordination to quarterly business review preparation and new product development submissions.
- Support accurate forecasting and demand planning by collaborating with Supply Chain and Sales and Operations Planning teams.
- Drive alignment between internal teams and external customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
This role requires a commercially savvy, self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of grocery retail, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
