Coles Merchandiser Role

Our merchandising team is looking for a skilled professional to work in a grocery retail environment. The successful candidate will be allocated work 2 weeks in advance and enjoy a competitive hourly rate.

About the Position
  • The ability to foster strong relationships with colleagues is crucial for success in this role.
  • We require someone who can create and maintain quality planograms in stores, ensuring optimal product placement and visual merchandising.
  • Pricing and ticketing compliance are also key aspects of the job.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • They should also be able to work autonomously and as part of a team, submitting accurate reports and uploading quality photos via smartphone.
  • Compliance with safety standards and procedures is essential.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of planogram experience in a grocery or retail environment is required.
  • The successful candidate must possess strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Experience working within a similar industry is highly regarded.
