Your Role

As an Employee Communications Advisor, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering communication campaigns that showcase how we live the IAG Way and deliver on our Purpose for our customers, our people, and the community. This includes crafting messages that resonate and inspire, finding the story behind the headlines, and building collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a similar communications role, business acumen, courage and ability to challenge and influence stakeholders, highly developed written and verbal communication skills, and degree qualifications in Business, Communications, or a related field.

Location

This is a permanent role based in Sydney, with an estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
