Job Title: Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing out new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • To work closely with internal stakeholders to understand market trends and customer needs.
  • To build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to identify potential business opportunities.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong IT skills with an ability to learn new products offerings.
