About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and motivated Leasing Executive to join our team at Gough Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial property team, you will be responsible for leasing commercial office and industrial assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare new listings for commercial assets, ensuring accurate and detailed information is presented to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research and develop effective marketing strategies to attract tenants and lease properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, tenants, and contractors, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Process applications, manage databases, and perform general administration duties.
  • Conduct site inspections as required and provide support to the Property Manager and Sales Team.
Requirements
  • Class 2 Licence
  • At least 3 years of experience in leasing, with a proven track record of success.
  • A strong can-do attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Driven by success and committed to building a successful career in property.
